We currently only ship within Singapore. In time to come, we'll progressively expand to other regions!
1. Shipping Process
- Order Processing: Once you place an order, it typically takes 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment.
- Shipping Time: After your order has been processed, J&T Express will handle the delivery. Shipping time may vary based on your location. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
- Tracking Your Order: After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the J&T Express website or app.
2. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: We offer a range of shipping options, and costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Standard shipping rates apply.
3. Returns
- Contact Us Directly: In order to initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@teamoverbar.com. Make sure to provide your order number and let us know which products you wish to return.
- Return Process: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will proceed to process your refund or exchanges as discussed. Please note that shipping costs for returns may not be covered
4. Delivery Issues
- Missing or Delayed Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team at support@teamoverbar.com. We will work with J&T Express to resolve the issue promptly.
